British Esports Federation Partnership

The College of Esports (CoEs) has been selected as the only university-level institution to have a partnership with British Esports for university degrees in the business of esports

CoEs Founder and Executive Chairman, Professor Philip Wilson notes:

Through this unique higher education accredited partnership, CoEs has co-designed courses with the British Esports ensuring that all courses are created “by the esports industry, for the esports industry”.

As well as creating and delivering Foundation, Undergraduate and Postgraduate degrees, our two organisations will also work together to create and deliver a series of short courses, such as the exclusive accredited Leadership in Esports qualification (16 UCAS points) in order to help upskill the esports and video games sector and help experienced professionals move from their existing sectors into esports.

Our accredited courses aim to offer best-in-class academic teaching combined with leading practitioner knowledge and input from the esports sector; to provide you as students with long-term transferable value, career flexibility and a holistic understanding of international business at both macro and micro levels.

The aim is to help you maximise your career and/or create your own start-up for your own business ventures.

Thus, such courses will cover the business of esports, IP rights, management of players and talent, event management, sponsorship, logistics, marketing and more.
